Our goal at Fast Fire Parts is to provide the highest level of service and the broadest selection of products at the most competitive prices. Other companies choke their inventory levels to unrealistically low levels, but at Fast Fire Parts we know that being in stock and delivering on time is the key to customer satisfaction. That is why we carry and have access to millions of dollars of inventory. Most all of this is available to ship same day.

We realize budgets are getting tighter, but with our industry contacts and streamlined management approach we can deliver quickly and at the lowest cost to you, our customer.

A 30-year veteran in the fire industry, John Andres is a successful entrepreneur best known for developing the Nighthawk carbon monoxide alarm in the 90’s along with countless other fire safety products that have saved thousands of lives all over the world. In fact, saving lives is what has kept John in the fire safety business and is where he developed his respect and appreciation for all persons in the industry – especially fire fighters!

Throughout his career, John has held senior level executive positions for fortune 50 companies and led teams across every aspect of the fire business. He is grateful to be part of a such a unique community and enjoys knowing that the work that we as fire safety professionals impacts the life safety of people everywhere.

RETURNS POLICY.

  • Our goal is to provide our customers with the best products available. We conduct extensive testing on each product to look for the best compatibility, fit, finish, ease of use and quality. In the event you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date at our returns department for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so that we can ensure proper tracking of your return. You must contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your item for us to process your return.
  • Once we receive your RMA request, we will issue an RMA instructional e-mail, which will explain how and where to ship the returned items to.
  • Please check your spam/junk mail folder for the instructional e-mail.
  • After we receive your return, please allow 10 business days for us to process your transaction. Items that are considered as Drop Ship / Direct Shipment via Manufacturer could take additional processing time.
  • Shipping charges will NOT be refunded (this includes the original shipping charge and the return shipping charge).
  • Any packages shipped to us without an RMA will be refused at time of delivery.
  • All returns have a 10-30% re-stocking fee, unless they were damaged in transit or are defective.
  • All sales on clearance items are final and are not returnable.
  • For all items purchased through the online brand store all warranties start from the date of purchase with applicable receipt.

FREE SHIPPING.

Fast Fire Parts offers free shipping on most orders over $100.00 to most areas of the contiguous U.S. There are exceptions so please check the shopping cart for any additional handling fees. An additional Handling Fee is added in the shopping cart for some items that incur oversize and/or overweight charges from common carriers or must be shipped LTL freight on a pallet.

The Handling Fee is typically only assessed once per part number regardless of how many units are ordered as we can usually ship multiple units on one pallet.

Residential delivery or delivery to limited access sites for product that must be shipped on a pallet will incur an additional charge, please provide a commercial address for shipping.

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping and will be charged for shipping in the shopping cart. Some remote areas of the U.S. may incur additional shipping charges. We will always let you know before shipping anything requiring an additional shipping charge that was not charged at checkout. Customers may decide at that time if they would like to proceed with the order.

International orders must ship to a U.S. based freight forwarder or other U.S. address. We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.except on a limited basis to Canada using customer’s shipping account.

Shipping carrier selection is at the discretion of Fast Fire Parts for all orders. Express shipping options may be available for an additional charge.

Offer excludes any other offers and may not be combined with any other discounts, coupons or other incentives at the discretion of Fast Fire Parts.
